1. General Terms
1.1. These purchase and sale terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) set out the mutual rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions of purchasing and paying for the goods, the procedure for delivery and returns, the responsibility of the parties, and other terms related to the purchase and sale of goods.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement these Terms at any time, considering the legal requirements of applicable UK laws.

1.3. By confirming these Terms, the Buyer confirms that they have the right to purchase goods from the myaurasmile.com online store.

1.4. The following individuals are eligible to order products on the myaurasmile.com website:

1.4.1. Legal individuals, i.e., persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity is not restricted by court order;

1.4.2. Minors aged 14 to 18, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, unless they independently control their own income;

1.4.3. Legal entities;

1.4.4. Representatives authorized by any of the aforementioned individuals.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement
2.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded when the Buyer creates a shopping cart, enters the delivery address, agrees to these terms, and clicks “I agree with the terms” in the order confirmation window. The agreement is valid until all obligations under this agreement are fully completed.

3. Buyer’s Rights
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the myaurasmile.com online store according to these Terms and the procedures established by the online marketplace.

3.2. The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase-sale agreement made with the myaurasmile.com online store by notifying the Seller in writing (via email, indicating the product to be returned and its order number) within 14 (fourteen) business days from the day of product delivery, except in cases where the contract was concluded for:

Photography and cinematography goods
Fabrics
Carpet flooring materials, except for carpets and mats
Pearls, gemstones, precious metals and their items, except for artificial jewelry
Machinery and mechanical devices
Electrical machines and devices, sound recording and playback, and television and video recording and playback devices
Boats, ships, and floating devices
Optics, photography, cinematography, measurement, control, medical or surgical devices and apparatus
Watches
Musical instruments (according to the Combined Nomenclature of Goods)
Furniture, bedding items, lighting fixtures
Toys, games, except for sports and fishing equipment
Other items as listed in the UK return and exchange laws.
3.3. The right specified in clause 3.2 is exercised in accordance with the “Goods Sales and Services Provision Rules,” as set forth by the UK Department of Commerce.

3.4. The Buyer may exercise the right provided in clause 3.2 only if the item is not damaged or altered in appearance, and it has not been used.

4. Buyer’s Obligations
4.1. The Buyer must comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use of myaurasmile.com, and other conditions clearly stated on myaurasmile.com, and must not violate UK laws.

4.2. The Buyer is required to pay for the goods and additional services (delivery, etc.) and accept the goods in accordance with these Terms.

4.3. The Buyer is required to pay for the ordered goods or services and accept them according to the procedures established by these Terms.

4.4. If any of the Buyer’s registration details change, they must update the information immediately.

5. Seller’s Rights
5.1. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability or security of the online store or breaches their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately limit, suspend, or terminate their access to the myaurasmile.com online store without prior notice.

5.2. The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice.

5.3. The Seller has other rights as specified in these Terms and United Kingdom law.

5.4. The Seller and myaurasmile.com have the right to cancel the Buyer’s order without prior notice if the Buyer fails to pay for the goods within 1 (one) business day.

6. Seller’s Obligations
6.1. The Seller is obliged to ensure that the Buyer can properly use the services provided by the myaurasmile.com online store.

6.2. If the Seller cannot supply the ordered goods due to important circumstances, the Seller is obliged to offer the Buyer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses to accept the alternative product, the Seller must refund the money paid by the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days. In this case, the Seller is relieved of responsibility for non-delivery of goods.

6.3. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order without prior notice if:

6.3.1. The Buyer fails to pay for the goods within 1 (one) business day when paying via bank transfer.

6.3.2. The Buyer fails to pay the required advance within 1 (one) business day when paying in cash.

6.3.3. Due to technical issues or data transmission errors on the myaurasmile.com platform, regardless of the cause.

6.4. When purchasing on installment, the Buyer must follow the rules for purchasing goods on installments as defined by the bank.

7. Prices, Payment Procedure, and Deadlines
7.1. The prices of the goods on the online store and in the order are indicated in UK pounds (GBP), including applicable sales tax (if applicable).

7.2. The Buyer can pay for the goods using one of the following methods:

8.2. The Buyer must receive the goods themselves. If the Buyer is unable to receive the goods, and they are delivered to the provided address or another contact point given by the Buyer, the Buyer cannot make claims against the Seller for delivering the goods to an incorrect recipient.

8.3. Goods are delivered by the Seller or an authorized representative of the Seller.

8.4. The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the Buyer within the timelines indicated in the product descriptions. These timelines do not apply if the Seller does not have the required products in stock, and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the ordered goods. The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such cases, the Seller will promptly contact the Buyer to discuss delivery options.

8.5. In all cases, the Seller is not liable for any delays in delivery if the goods cannot be delivered or are delayed due to reasons beyond the Seller’s control.
